Auto Recurring Fee Enhancements

Stay is enhanced to ensure consistent and accurate application of auto recurring fees when reservations are booked or modified.

When users remove the auto recurring fees during the reservation booking before confirming the reservation, the auto recurring fees will no longer be reinstated for any of the originally booked dates. ARF removed at the time of booking is treated as intentionally excluded from those dates.

When the reservation is modified later after booking:

• ARF is applied only to the newly modified or newly added dates.

• ARF is not applied to original stay dates from which the user previously removed ARF during the booking process.

• This behaviour applies to:

  • Default ARC

  • Single‑condition ARC

  • Multiple‑condition ARC

  • Any combination of the above

When users remove the ARF after the reservation is booked and then modifies the stay dates, the ARF continues to follow the enhanced rule and is applied only to the modified dates, and not to the entire stay.

ARF that is removed during booking is not displayed in the Estimated Charges section of the booked reservation. ARF that is not applicable to original dates will not appear unless it is applied due to a date modification.

ARF removed during booking stays removed for all original dates. ARF appears only for the dates introduced or modified after the reservation is booked. ARF does not retroactively apply to the dates explicitly excluded by the user. The ARF rules apply consistently across default, single‑condition, and multi‑condition ARF types.
